Bramble Cottage is a delightful 200-year old stone terraced cottage in Bramham,
about 3 miles south of Wetherby. It has two bedrooms, each with a window seat,
a lounge with fireplace and a small dining area. As usual, David and Anne have
taken pride in the details: a Persian rug in the lounge, TV with DVD, an MP3 player,
dishwasher, not to mention the artwork and accessories to make you feel at home.
Behind the cottage is a paved patio with furniture and a BBQ, also a storage shed
with lock. We now have free Wifi available here as well.
Upstairs, double bedroom (full 4.5-ft. double bed) and single bedroom. Downstairs, lounge with small dining area (sofa in lounge converts into a second double bed, suitable for 1 adult or 2 children); kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, etc.; bathroom with tub and shower. Towels and bed linen included. No extra charge for Wifi. Street parking.
From the M1, exit at Junction 45 and follow signs for "A64 - York & Leeds". At the roundabout, take the exit marked "Bramham". 1.4 miles from that Bramham turn, make a right turn - signed for "Tadcaster". Go .3 miles from this turn and take 3rd left turn - opposite first houses on right. This is High Street, but the sign is on the left side of the street, difficult for you to see. Bramble Cottage is about 100 yards on the right, opposite the street light - look for white wooden gate.
