We are now fully booked for the Bramham Horse Trials weekend (2 - 5 June 2010) as well as for the Leeds Music Festival (26 - 29 August 2010) - but we sometimes get cancellations, so it's worth asking the question.
 
For Bramble cottage, normally the minimum stay is one week; we can sometimes do shorter breaks for Skye Cottage and Garden Cottage of 2+ days - please ask us for prices. 
 
Please note that all of our cottages have always been smoke-free.
 
We are happy to accommodate well-behaved dogs in any of our cottages at £10 per dog, per week or per visit for shorter stays.

Reservation Policy

 
A 50% advance deposit is required to secure the reservation.  The balance is due at check-in.
 
We accept cheques, traveller cheques, bank transfers, and cash - sorry, no credit/debit cards.
 
A cancellation fee of 10% (of the total amount) applies to all canceled or reduced stays.  The cancellation fee increases to 50% (of the total amount) for cancellations or reductions within 30 days of arrival.
