The village wine bar with a casual, friendly atmosphere – a nice place to go
for cup of coffee as well. Food is limited. In case you are wondering about the
name, it used to be “Après” (the owner is an avid skier) until it was pointed
out that the name was already in use somewhere else.

Thai Jantra - Boston Spa
Described as “Thai fusion” cuisine, this is very good indeed. Thai Jantra is
scrupulous about sourcing their ingredients locally and seasonally – and they
seem to know what to do with them. The flavours are fresh and distinctly Thai.
They offer an early bird special with 3 courses and a glass of wine £16. They
can be very busy, so booking is recommended.

Our pub across the river in Thorp Arch has recently changed owners and has had
a revamp. Our local with Good Pub Grub. Land Lady Rachael with Simon in the kitchen.
A nice walk over the bridge and a good place to go for a pint as well. Closed

exotic trees. A waterfall cascades into a rock-pool and other pools contain terrapins

cousin, the Earl of Harewood. His mother, HRH Princess Mary, Princess Royal lived
at Harewood for 35 years and much of her memorabilia is still displayed. The House,

setting to assess the suitability of plants for growing in the North. The 58 acres

stands at the heart of an estate with deer park, lake and Victorian walled gardens.
The Castle has a rich history and a fine collection of Royalist armour housed
