Terms and Conditions – Cosy Haven Ltd
- Reservation Confirmation:
- A valid ID showng address and payment information are required for reservation confirmation.
- The person making the reservation must be at least 18 years old.
- Payment:
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Payments are accepted in British Pounds (£) via the provided payment methods.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date are non-refundable.
- Check-in/Check-out:
- Check-in time is after 4:00 PM.
- Check-out time is by 10:00 AM.
- Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Late checkout beyond the agreed time will be charged at the full daily rate.
- Guests and Accommodation Capacity:
- Only the number of guests specified in the booking confirmation are allowed to stay.
- Additional guests will be charged accordingly, and accommodation may be refused if not pre-booked.
- Pets:
- Pets are not allowed under any circumstances.
- House Rules:
- Parties are strictly prohibited, as we operate in a quiet neighbourhood.
- Illegal activities are not tolerated and will be reported.
- Security Deposit:
- A security deposit may be required upon check-in to cover any potential damages. This will be refunded upon inspection of the property post-checkout.
- Lost Items:
- The company is not responsible for any items left behind by guests. Please ensure all personal belongings are accounted for before departure.
- Force Majeure:
- Cosy Haven is not liable for circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, government actions, or other unforeseen events.
- Complaints:
- Any issues or concerns must be reported immediately to allow for prompt resolution.
- Jurisdiction:
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
By making a reservation with Cosy Haven, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. Any breach of these terms may result in eviction without refund. Cosy Haven reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
